This in-office, full-time position involves answering inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally, maintaining exceptional phone and email etiquette.
- Provide accurate information about Vezeni products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests effectively.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups on customer inquiries or feedback as needed.
- Apply sales techniques to promote additional services or products when suitable.
- Stay well-informed about company offerings to deliver top-notch customer support.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in customer service, with a strong background in appliance sales preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Fluency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
